Welcome to the “Live Well” section of our site where you will find stories and resources that we hope will inspire and help you to live your own balanced life.

We believe that the key to happiness is a good life balance. But what exactly does balanced living look like?  In simple terms a balanced life would include a mix of work, play, good health, rewarding relationships and for many, spirituality. However life isn’t simple. We are all unique, each with our own recipe for a good work life balance and that recipe is constantly changing. The good news is that means a kaleidoscope of possibilities. Cool huh?

So how do you know when you’re in balance? There’s no definitive answer, it’s just something you feel. Sometimes it’s a quiet sense of peace and well-being, other times you might find yourself smiling at everyone you pass, and then there are the times when you feel like doing cartwheels in the park…or is that just me?

We have divided Live Well into two sections. Under Wellness you will find stories about striving for a healthy mind, body and spirit. And what is life without good food? Click on the Tastes section and you will find some of our favorite (mostly healthy) recipes and tales of food from around the world.
